Islamic Relief, Bangladesh (IRB) has signed this letter of agreement with the Deep Eye Care Foundation, Rangpur, Bangladesh to facilitate IR Eye Rehabilitation Project (ERP) at that area. The purpose of this LOA is to achieve healthy eyesight for the people of the northern part of Bangladesh through its partnership with DECF.
