Disease History: On June 16, 2012 she had visited Deep Eye Care Foundation which is supported by ORBIS International. She was diagnosed congenital cataract on R/E. Dr. Khairul Islam did Phaco e PC IoL on June 16, 2012. Pre Operative Vision acuity R/E F. C 3’ & L/E F.C 5’. First post operative visual acuity was 6/18. First follow up done on June 30, 2012. The visual acuity was 6/18. 2nd follow up on July 2, 2012. The visual acuity was 6/18 with spectacles correction her visual acuity was 6/9.
On July 2,2012 she got operation on L/E. Pre operative visual acuity L/E F.C 5’. First post operative acuity 6/12. First follow up done on July 8, 2012. Then vision was 6/24 on L/E. 2nd follow up on July 24, 2012 then vision was 6/18, with spectacles correction her visual acuity was 6/9 .
Present condition: She is very pleased to have spectacles. She now could see clearly which will contribute a lot for her study. Thus Bobita’s life transformed by support of Deep Eye Care foundation funded by OBRIS International.
